Hello all!

It's been a while since I bothered to post anything.

So as all of you may know, I finally have all the outlines for the rest of IOT written out. Everything that will be in the story, all the chapters and everything has been laid out. I am thrilled...seriously...there is a finish line...which is very motivating if you ask me!

Here is how it looks:

1 Prologue

3 Interludes

80 Chapters

85 chapters/parts in total. How much have I actually done???? Well In order I have finished 56. Yesterday, I wrote most of 57 but completed 73 and Interlude Three. With all the chapter outlines typed up, I'm pretty happy jumping from one chapter to another...although it plays merry hell with my mood...odd isn't it. So with about 23.25 chapters left to write, I'm really hoping I will be finished sometime early next year.

IOT has been one of my favorite stories to write simply because I thought about it for such a long time. Since 2009 really...the outline for the basic plot had been written at the same time as I wrote the outline for SWFF. The only reason I chose to write SWFF first was because it looked simpler...and to tell you the truth...I am so glad I wrote it first because at that point my writing wasn't as fluid as it is now...though to be honest I still have a long way to go. Had I written IOT first, I think it would have been an unprecedented disaster. So glad I waited! As much as I would love to believe ATWCB and SWFF were good...there are times when I re-read them and find my self cringing. Maybe it's just me but I always look back and can't believe that I went through with certain projects. Don't worry though...IOT has not made me cringe at all...and I've read it through hundreds of times! =)

Anyway, thanks for all the support! I'm amazed at the comments and reviews! Thanks for helping me reach 100 reviews for 31 chapters! It means the world to me to know that you all enjoy the story! I can't wait to finish writing it and share the rest of it with you!

Time...

So I have posted chapter 20. I am so glad you guys are liking the story.

Recently I have realized that I don't have enough time to write...don't worry though...I have been putting in late nights after work. I've been writing a few pages each night, so hopefully I will finish writing IOT before the end of the year. Chapter 42 was a bit of a tough one to write...but having completed it and working on Chapter 43 right now, I hope to get back into the writing zone! Anyway, just thought I'd let you all know why I have not been posting more chapters.

So yes, please vote in the polls on Facebook or on FP if you have time, and I would love to know what you all think so drop a line on my Facebook or comment on any of the sites. I would love any feedback.

Hows life?

Hope its all going well!

I have a few tests coming up next week...god the week went by so fast...things always come up when I study...

Anyway I posted two chapters! Chapter six and seven were posted this week. I hope you all liked them. I am hoping to keep posting, but it won't be every weekend.

I want it to be perfect before more can be revealed.

Of course...as impatient as I am...I would love to put up quotes...but you would have to guess who says them! It could always be a game...guess who says the line and 'll post a chapter soon!

So yes...I'll leave you to think about it!

I'll be honest...

Hello!

Yes, chapter three is posted...has been for a few weeks now. So go ahead and tell me what you think!

Anyway...this year has been going alright...I'll tell you right now that I will not post very much of IOT yet. I will likely give you a chapter once every month...until I have more time to write. I have worked on about 4 chapters...reworking two of them and working on two new ones. I have finished two of them...but the other two are not done just yet...I've put a lot of thought in to this story...believe me, I had most of the outline around the time I started writing SWFF.

So yea...I hope you love the characters as you learn more about them. They are probably my most favorite set of characters ever. I've been waiting to write this for a long time!

Hope that makes you all a little less sad?

Sometimes letting go can be hard...four years...it took one trip to realize that this is where it ends...this heart has been shattered...maybe one day it will mend...really miss my writing right now...

All this time, all I wanted was you. I'd do anything for you. I waited for you. I didn't ask for anything just so I could have you. Everything culminated with you...so how can it be that now I'm going to have to be without...you...

One chapter finishes...another one starts...life is a book of opportunities...

I'm not sure I want to explain...but I wrote two of the three from England, while the last one was from home back in Canada.

I'm sure you guessed that something happened. So let me just say...enjoy reading IOT!!! (Yes...that means remembering those words...)

IOT: First Chapter Is Up!

Hello!

I'm back from England! I missed home but it seems I miss England too...

Anyway I know I posted some stuff on facebook which should either be explained...or not be explained...I will tell you later I guess...

I have posted the first chapter of IOT. Do not be fooled...I'm not ready to regularly post it yet. I just want to give you something to tide you over. I haven't forgotten to write...but I know I need to buckle down in to a routine for school...so until then...I will probably post one more chapter.

I love this story, so I hope you do too...if the beginning seems dodgy...well never fear there loads of good stuff!

Please read and review...it's always one of my worst fears that no one will like the story...that's why I didn't want to post it until I had at least half done...I still feel weird about posting it. I'm not going to post more than two chapters because I want more time with it! So anyway thanks for your patience...I'll have more for you soon!

Hello From England!

Hello Everyone!

That's right I've been in England for the last two weeks.

I miss writing and Canada...especially our nice bathrooms...lol!

Anyways I'm here for another two weeks before going home. I left writing IOT at chapter 28...and I'm itching to get back to it. I can't wait to go home although England has been awesome.

Don't worry, IOT is still my top priority. I've promised you all an awesome story and I intend to deliver, no matter how long it takes.

Humber Bay Butterfly Habitat

Hello!

Hope you all had a great long weekend! I know I did! For the Victoria Day long weekend, my family and I went to the Humber Bay Butterfly Habitat. We had a spot right by the lake! It was amazing! We were the first ones in our family to arrive and at the time there was a lot of fog. You couldn't see the CN Tower! It was fun! Swans, ducks, geese, and butterflies. I loved it! If you ever come to Ontario, you should see it!

On the writing front, I did make some progress. I finished the hardest chapters to write...chapters 17 and 18. I started on chapter 19 yesterday...I will be working on it sometime today.

As much as I love having time to write...let's face it...I'd rather have school and then write late at night. It's proven to be more effective.

Anyway, I will be working in the lab again this summer. So I have gotten my wish. Soon I will be writing all night and working all day. It suits me just fine.

The reason this story is taking a little bit more time is because...I'm trying to approach it differently. I want it to stand out.

Hopefully the wait is wort it!

Still Working...

Hello!

I know it has been a while since I updated this place...so I'm doing it now.
I have been working on 'IOT'. At the moment I have to finish chapters 14, 15, and 16.
It's funny how I thought after school was done I'd have loads of time to write...how wrong I was...I miss school..structure...and order...
I'm told a million things to do...I say yes to all...but lets face it...I hardly do any of them...so how have I been busy? I don't know...

Anyway I posted the official title for 'IOT' it took a while to get the feel I wanted...plus I have been away from Photoshop for a while now...Photoshop used to be my life...now it's not...

Hopefully I will be working on the story a lot more. I have finally caught up on my sleep...last week I caught up on movies...so yea now that everything is in order...full steam ahead!!!

Still Alive...

Hiya!

I know what your all thinking...where have I been? Okay so your probably not thinking that...but I'll tell you anyway... I've been holed up in Steacie studying...luckily my last exam is on the 22nd...so I took yesterday and today off to recalibrate...sounds a little geeky but it's the truth...especially coming from me. I'm usually telling my parents that my hard drive is too full to remember any more things...and their response is well delete the music you have stored...yea like that's going to happen...hehehehe...

Anyway, I have been thinking about 'If Only Tonight'...in fact I've been thinking about it a lot. It's been on my mind constantly and even when I don't want to be thinking about it...things keep popping up. Sometimes I wish I could hook a computer up to my brain and feed all of my ideas on to a Word Document...life would be so much easier! I've almost completed twelve chapters...over 100 pages...but I still feel like there's more to be written in those chapters. To tell you the truth...this isn't going to be like the other two pieces I've written. I think it'll be a little darker and I really want to make the characters go through something different.

With the other two; the story line was fairly simple and easy to write...at least most of it was. Vows are never easy to write! I've already done the popstar falls for the footballer, and the high schooler falls for the best friend of her older brother...typical love stories, I suppose. But I really want this to be something different...something that stands out...already the difference is that it's a lot harder to write...there's a lot of second, third, and fourth guessing going on. Oh and it's way longer...

There will be the usual things that you know only I would write about...take a guess, I'm sure having read my stories you have some idea what to expect. Music is always integral...You already know Mia is Canadian...then there's Muskoka...how big a role that will play? You'll see. As of yet, I'm not sure when I'll start posting. I'm not far enough to be comfortable letting anyone else read it. I'm really nervous about it but at the same time it's exciting.

On a lighter note...I stayed up all night reading a book called 'Love You Hate You Miss You'...the second novel I've read in a whole year. The first being 'Hush Hush'...that one was awesome! So was this recent one! I can't wait for exams to be over...I've already planned to check out Chapters right after my Linear Algebra exam...it's motivating! That and the fact that school will be over before the World Cup... :D

Progress...

Hello

So I have been working on 'If Only Tonight'...Last week I managed to complete chapter 6-9. I was actually going to start working on Chapter 10...but I decided it would be something I could look forward to...say Friday after my Linear Algebra test. It provides some motivation...I suppose...

Anyway I think the page count is about 80 something pages...so far I'm still not ready to post any of it yet. I think you'll have to expect it sometime in the summer. I really want to work on this and make it a proper story...so for now I won't be posting at all...it's better this way. I think from the prologue you get a vague idea and that's exactly what I want. Don't worry though...it shouldn't take very long to bring this story up to par...I like how the writing is going...a few chapters are pretty long...I hope to make it the best I can...as a proper last piece.

So yea...hope to work some more...but right now I should study...got tests and finals coming up.

Dr. Michael M. Pollard

As some of you may or may not know, this past weekend Dr. Michael M Pollard passed away. He was a professor and researcher at York University. He was also my professor for Organic Chemistry this past fall.

He was a really enthusiastic professor. He always came to class excited about teaching organic chemistry, even though the lot of us weren't thrilled to be learning it. I remember his first class, at the beginning of the term, where he started the lecture with an intro to Organic Chemistry and then introduced himself. I laughed when he told us 'Chemist's don't have good sense of humor.' I completely agree with that.

Over the term I don't think I ever saw him in a bad mood. He always came with a smile and tried his best to make sure we understood the material. He let us ask questions during lecture, and once or twice there would be a whole hour spent on just answering our questions. He didn't have to do this, but he was kind and he cared about our education enough to help us out. It didn't matter how many times the same question was asked, he would still answer in a patient manner until he was sure we got the concept. During tutorials, he would make his own questions and really help us apply the theory we learned to answer the questions. He must have spent a lot of time in doing so, and only now can I really appreciate it.

Although I didn't really have much contact with him, the time I went to his office to pick up a test is something I don't forget. When I entered his office, he asked if I thought I had done well. I didn't actually answer that...instead I blurted out 'I studied really hard for the last two weeks.'...he chuckled as he looked for my test. Upon seeing it, I saw the look on his face...I knew I didn't do well...that much must have shown when he handed me the test and tried to lessen the blow by saying the mark would probably go up after adjustments were made. He told me if I didn't understand something I was welcome to come and ask him. At the time I promised myself I would, and that I would make sure to do better...I didn't go. Now, I really wish I had taken advantage of this and gained from his knowledge.

Most of us will remember the rare occasion when his phone rang during tutorial! Professor Pollard had a few rules in class and one of them was that cell phones should be on silent or turned off. It's not asking much...even I dislike ring tones going off while a professor is teaching. Anyway, after our lecture he told us that for penance he would set up a tutorial during exam week. Again, he didn't have to do this...but he did; and it really helped me.

It's really hard to think that I saw him a few weeks ago and now next year he won't be teaching. The next class won't get to experience his animated style of teaching. Walking up and down the aisles trying to connect with the students. There won't be another time such as when he walked up the aisle out of sight and there was silence for a while, and us collectively turning our heads to see what was up; only to find him trying to stifle his laughter at finding a sleeping student.

There will always be mechanisms and concepts (such as Grignard reactions) that I learned which I will always associate with Professor Pollard, just like I associate Ozonolysis and Epoxidation with Professor Leznoff.

I suppose many of us think of professors as these superhuman beings; that they'll be there until the end of time...or at least until we're finished with school. It's not until they leave us, that we think of all the ways we could have bettered ourselves and learned more from them; gaining from their knowledge and expertise, but also learned about them as people.

Thank you Dr. Pollard for sharing your knowledge and time, and teaching me Organic Chemistry. Thanks for the kindness and patience, the tutorial before the winter exam, and always answering questions in class. It's professors like you that have kept students like me from giving up. I'm glad I got the opportunity to be in your class. You will be missed.

Slacking Off...once more

Hiya!

While I know I should be studying right now instead of writing to you...I couldn't help it. A few weeks ago I checked my formspring inbox and I found an interesting question. It was 'Do you have any character pics for your something worth fighting for story?'. So I started to think...what would the characters of my stories look like and who would I think suitable for playing them...

Well I have the result...after much deliberation...I know...these things take me long to think up of...I'm still second guessing about Dallas...

It was really hard to think of people to play characters from a story...so I took a head start on thinking about 'IOT' and sorted it out before any one could ask...although I don't think I'll share that just yet...let's keep the suspense?

Hello all,

As many of you know, I was planning to enter the WeBook 'Page To Fame' competition, but on Sunday after much deliberation...I decided now isn't the best time to be entering. Thanks for all the support and reviews and just reading my stuff...and I know it sounds stupid not to enter when 'SWFF' is still getting so many hits and everything...but I don't think I'd be able to give it the proper time and attention it would need, if I got to the next round...so maybe next time because I want to be able to go all the way...right now I should be studying since next week all my classes have tests...lucky me!

Anyway I must apologize for my lack of reviews! Those who I should have reviewed a while back, I swear I haven't forgotten...I'm just really getting hit over the head with school...I will hopefully get to you at one point...I just don't know when...right now the next three weeks are pretty full with tests (next week), and assignments and labs and lab reports (next week and two weeks after).

I have halted the wrtiting for 'If Only Tonight' just because I can't be spending time on it right now...I need to buckle down and love reading about NMR, IR, MS, and the wonderful world of Organic chem...and atomospheric chem...and lest we forget...linear algebra...

There are some changes to the story line...before it had been divided by year, now it's divided by the stage of the characters relationship. It'll be a lot more fun this way!

So that's all for now! Oh! I watched Alexandre Bilodeau win the first Gold medal for Canada in 30 years...having hosted the winter olympics twice...I must say I was ecstatic! Plus I got to hear JLS on the radio so I was having a pretty awesome time...maybe they'll tour here!

What's New?

Hello all!

I was working on 'If Only Tonight' last weekend...and I originally intended to post this on Monday...but yea...well we all get sidetracked right? Of course, speaking about side tracking, my math professor for linear algebra is an expert at this...he's really old and wise...but sometimes I have my doubts...especially today when he told us that we must have creatures (referring to matrices and linear systems) jumping and running around in our minds to become experts in linear algebra... -_-' right...

Anyway I have started to write chapter five! I went over the other chapters...so far they seem alright. You see what I mean about taking a break from writing? It never happens. It's probably better that way... ^_^! For you guys at least!
Even when I'm not writing...I'm still thinking about the story and the dialogue and everything...yes well...yay...

So yea...still debating whether or not to go for it and submit 'SWFF' to 'Page To Fame'...yes I know I am a chicken...most likely I will stay that way...so yea...

As for 'If Only Tonight'...well I have been toying with the idea of posting snippets/spoilers...but I'm not going to...I don't want to ruin it! As with my other stories I have usually written about 10-15 chapters before actually feeling like I want to post it...so I'm guessing the same rules will apply to this one. I probably will post once I have a little less school work and have written most of it.

So upcoming projects that will take me through the summer:
-Editing 'SWFF' and 'ATWCB'
-Finish writing and posting 'IOT'
-Finish writing and posting 'RFR - What Hurts With Love'
-Typing up the last of my poetry

That should keep me busy until the end of summer. Hopefully...

Tunes For You!

Hello all!

Well to say thanks to all of you, and for the few who are curious about the songs used in 'SWFF' I have finally...after three long hours uploaded the songs in to two separate files...complete with Word Documents giving a tracklisting and which chapter titles they came from. They are zip files.

So one file is 'SWFF' Chapter Title Songs, which includes a document with all the titles of the chapters and which songs were used. The other is a file with all the songs used in the chapters...so like prom, Natalia trying to forget Dallas...and so on...So yea...hope you all enjoy!

Anyway, I was working on 'If Only Tonight' over the weekend. Stuck on chapter two...why? Well I was sick and I'm trying to take a little break from writing because if I don't it'll take a lot longer to write this. Besides...when you force yourself to write...reading that back is pretty...well...atrocious...at least by my standards.

Don't worry I haven't lost hope, I just want to take a little time to write something proper. I am working on it, so don't worry!

Conflicted...

Hello all!

Well recently I've been thinking a bit about joining the 'Page to Fame' vote on WeBook...it's actually more of an internal conflict. Why? Well I don't like losing...and I don't know...I really hate losing! I'm not kidding...you would think I was mature enough not to care about losing...but as you can see I've already told you how much I hate it! About three-four times already!

Anyway I guess I'm just scared! I'm a little nervous...more than nervous...terrified! So yea...I'll sleep on it or something...

So about 'If Only Tonight'; well I am working on it...not actually writing...but I have been pondering the remainder of the outline! I have about 36 chapters outlined...as the story *hint* *hint* progresses over three years *hint* *hint* I think that was already a well known fact...but anyway...it's going to be a lot of fun! I can't wait to write it...well actually I can...I want to make this the best piece...since I'm pretty sure it's going to be the last story I write. Why? Well I don't have any other ideas in my head...So I'm trying to take time and make this a worth while read. I'm going to research a part of it...and I might actually do things properly by creating actual character sketches... :O

The last time I had to do any research for any story was for 'SWFF' when I was writing the vows...yea that's right...I wrote those vows all by myself! That was hard...anyways after many tears and the works...I think my vows were decent! LOL! Let's hope when the time comes I'll be able to recreate that moment and write awesome vows once more...

Anyway, speaking of 'SWFF' I have a a request for all of you! This 'request' applies to both 'SWFF' and "ATWCB'...so here it is. To my lovely readers, I would like to know what you thought was good about these two stories, and what you thought was missing. If there are some scenarios you think should be added, tell me! What do you think should happen and where? Do you think some characters kind of lacked certain aspects? Do you think that certain characters should have had more time to develop? I really want to know what you all think, so let me know!!!

I recently recieved a review from EverEverAfter which I thought was really awesome! She sent me a poem based on two chapters of 'SWFF', namely 'Crash and Burn' and 'I'll Stand By You'. I thought the poem was awesome! I really loved it and I think you all will too! So I'm going to post it! Here it is:

Hello everyone!

Happy New Year! Hope you guys had fun celebrating the end to another awesome year and the beginning of hopefully another amazing one!

As most of you know, I finally finished posting 'Something Worth Fighting For'!!!! Yay!!! That means for once in my life...I have actually finished two stories...completely...let alone in the same year!!! So yea...that makes me feel all happy and what not!

To those of you who have taken the time to favorite and review 'SWFF': Thank you so much! I love you! I know I always say thanks...I am Canadian...being grateful...well it's in my DNA! LOL! Anyway thanks so much for the reviews and you know just taking the time to read my stuff. I never thought...ever...and if you're one of my friends who know I write and have checked my stuff...you would attest to this...I never though I would get as many reviews as I have for any of the stories I have of fictionpress.com and now on webook! You have made it so worth while! Like seriously...my sister thinks my ego is about to become massive...no joke...although I don't think that would actually happen...I'm a nervous second guessing type person...so even if I think it's good...I don't usually believe myself...

Also I have posted the prologue for my new story! The title will be 'If Only Tonight'. Yup...I loved that title from the very first...and apparently so did some of you! So I'll be working on that this year. I don't know when it'll be posted. I have written the first chapter...and then I started to outline the story...but I got stuck and I have a few solutions for the ending...but I'm not sure which one I like most. So that is one of the projects I will be working on.

As for the fanfiction...I think it's safe to say that the only one that I will continue is RFR: What Hurts With Love. It's been a while...like five-six years since I watched anime...and I really think it's time to move on from that phase...so I'm sorry guys but I enjoy writing my own stuff more than I like writing about characters I didn't create.

I think I will be putting up a link to formspring...where you can ask me whatever it is you like and I'll answer...as long as it's not inappropriate. I'm not saying I'll answer everything...especially if I find it creepy or I don't know...it reveals something about my current projects...but yea I can try. I just find it amusing...so I kind of want to know what questions I'd be asked. :D

I will be taking down the links for downloading 'All That We Could Be'. I think enough of you have a copy...but also I just want to take the time to polish it and then see what I can do.

Things you probably don't know...and I don't know why I'm telling you...#3

Well it's 7.54pm the day is taking it's sweet time to come to an end. I'm done posting two chapters for today. There will be another chapter tomorrow...

I'm actually kind of bored, so just humor me as I list another ten things from my stories that are actually true...oh and by the way...please vote in the polls. And thanks for the comments and reviews on fictionpress and webook...and a huge thanks to the beta readers!

So here it goes...

1. Like Fallon's father, who played soccer in university until he was injured, my father played soccer with the UWO Mustangs...until he got a serious leg injury.
2. In Jake's character diary for NGOTG you find out that Hannah walked in to the glass panel in the Sony Store while watching a new HD TV...as embarressing as that is...that was me...in my first year of university...I was at the Eaton centre (Downtown Toronto) wandering and I walked in to that store...and when that happened...there was the loudest bang...even the security gaurd was stifling his laughter...it was...not one of my finest moments, let me tell you...
3. Hannah stomping on David's foot...true...it happened
4. Annika being in the hospital...true...but my friend wasn't there because of an accident...she was there because of coffee...
5. Natalia hiding in the book shelves from Dallas...true...but I was hiding from my teacher...
6. The guys in my stories and soccer...well soccer plays a huge role in my life...so that's the long story short...
7. Natalia lives in Steacie Science and Engineering Library...yes I do...
8. Natalia gets lost walking to TEL, having not found the short cut...oh boy...true...I have actually figured out the short cut - recently...but I did get lost and I somehow ended up at the lake at the end of my trip...
9. Natalia has the coolest chem prof...yes I did...he was awesome! I never fell asleep in his class. He is an encyclopaedia! So if you take chem 1000 at york...take Pietro's class!
10. Natalia loves Top Gear and Richard Hammond...I love him! Especially when he eats paper!

So there you all go...more truths...

I hope to start writing my new story soon...I was actually planning on doing it today but I didn't really feel like it...so maybe tomorrow! Back From The Weekend!

I'm back from the weekend! I had an awesome time! New Moon was amazing! I loved it! Family time is my favorite time.

Anyway sorry about not posting yesterday...I didn't get home until ten last night so I thought it was pointless. So next weekend I will post some chapters...kinda deciding on how many I will post.

Finished!

So after almost four months of writing...331 pages...54 chapters...0 writing blocks...I'm finally finished...did I mention the 21 pages of lined paper notes? Oh and now I can say I cried about 5 times while writing this last chapter...I can't believe it's done and over with...So as you have probably guessed...the story writing is now officially over!

Finally!

I can't believe I'm done! Yay! Now all that is left for me is to edit and check things over...which to be honest I do about 30 times before posting...not a lot of fun. I know there is one thing I have to add in one of the chapters...but I'll do it sometime this week or next...I must admit I felt so proud having finished it last night!

I can't wait to post the remaining chapter...actually...I can...

So anyway I will most liekly post new chapters Thursday and Sunday...I have a date with my bestest cousin...it's a girls night out...something I desperately need before exams! We shall watch New Moon!! I'm syked! I must confess...I'm a cheater...I'm watching it online first...I like knowing the ending...shhh...

What's new...

Hey everyone...

Just wanted to let you all know that I am almost done writing this story! Yay! First time I've actually finished two stories let alone within the same year! I just have one last chapter to write...bringing the total to 54 chapters and almost 330 (53 Chapters) in OpenOffice...I wonder what that is converted in to MS Word? I know I have a few things to add in some of the chapters...which I hope to get around to after finishing it...and then yea...maybe I'll update more often? Who knows...

As for my next story...I'm being pushed...albeit by my 11 year-old sister (who thankfully will never be able to read any of this...or my stories...) that I should start at least one chapter of the next story before the end of December so that I can be able to say I started 3 stories this year...I'm not exactly convinced right now...although knowing me...she'll win...

So now to let you all know what is in store next year...well I will be writing my thrid (technically fourth) novel/story...more details on that later...

Anyway I will be putting up a poll for you all to choose the title for my next story. I have narrowed it down...and I'm leaning more towards one...

New Chapters Posted!

Hey everyone,

Sorry about the delay in posting chapters. Something weird is going on with FP...irritating. Chapter 31 is now up. I checked it myself. I can't update my profile or anything...which is odd...I hope they fix the problem soon...

Anyway last night I worked on chapter 51...today I hope to do the last two chapters...Why am I trying to finish so soon; some of you may ask...well I have finals coming up and I don't want to be distracted. So I'm trying to at least write a rough chapter and then when I have time I can fix it up, add things to it, but still have the main idea in the chapter. Usually I could have an idea but it might slip away when I have a million other things to worry about...so for this story I've tried to organize it, stay as many chapters ahead of you guys as I can...and hopefully not be writing the last chapter the day before I post it...like I was doing for ATWCB...

So...I have noticed that no one reviewed my last four five chapters...I must say I was a little crestfallen...So I'll offer a little incentive...

If you all keep reviewing my story...I will...when I type up my prologue for my next story...I will send it to you all first...as a sneak peak and a reward. So the offer is on the table...I know...I sound desperate...

Tired Out...

So if you haven't been keeping up with me...well I have finished writing chapter 50. I'm not complaining. Believe me, I'm ecstatic that I only have a few more chapters to write before I can relax for a while. Although I'm not sure I can relax...I have an idea that's been running through my mind the entire summer along with this one...but yea...let's just say so that I can study for final's without thinking about how am I going to finish this story before the new year.

So yea...usually I'm not much of a complainer...but I have my days...like yesterday...having not a lot of sleep I went to school yesterday...I had a lab at seven in the evening and I forgot not only my calculator, but also my lab caot, safety glasses, gloves...everything...and to top it all of when I got my stuff...I had a TA that managed to turn every answer for my questions in to an insult...but yea...enough complaining...I can handle people like that. All you do is smile...

So not to put a damper on you all but I only have to write three more chapters! YEA!!! Last time for All That We Could Be...I was writing all last seven chapters simultaneously...and I was teary...I probably will tear but that will be when I finish! LOL! I'm just happy to be able to finish to full length stories in a year. I'll be working on finishing my RFR Fanfiction over the winter when I have time.

New Look!

Hey!

Did you see the new cover? I think it looks awesome!
Of course that's how I always think...when it comes to something I photoshopped...
I fell in love with the pictures yesterday and the idea popped in to my head...and now you all can see the final image from my mind!

So yea...I did finish writing up to chapter 45...and last night I started chapter 46...I could already feel my self become sad that it will be ending soon...

I think there are going to be at least 53 chapters...what makes me say that? Well I added a chapter between chapters 36 and 37...and then I looked at my outline for the remaining chapters after I wrote up to 45...and there are about 7 more left...yay!

I hope to finish soon...so that I'm not thinking story lines while studying for finals...yea...hopefully I'll be done this month and then I'll post it for you guys!

Well you might wonder why I chose these pictures for the cover...I mean isn't Dallas blonde??? Well yea he is...but...I love these pictures...they captured my attention...and I think you'll see how it goes with the story!

Anyway I should study for my math quiz...there's bound to be one question to kill me...always with the trigonometric functions...urgh...I hate those!

Things you probably don't know...and I don't know why I'm telling you... #2

Well hello there! I'm still alive! You probably noticed that I have been reviewing many stories. It's to thank all of you for reviewing mine. There are a few stories that really captured my attention. (In no particular order)

I'm not one for picking favorites but...really these were awesome to go through. The rest of the stories were great to read. These are just some that I really connected with. If I put all of them down...it would be along list!

So here's another ten things that are actually real in the stories that I write. Why am I doing it...well out of boredom and because...I can keep track of this...and I like lists! This time I will include NGOTG, SWFF, ATWCB.

Natalia's father graduated from the University of Western Ontario...in reality my father graduated from there with his Ph.D.
Natalia's dream is to go to Western...that was my dream...until I fell in love with York University.
Hannah's high school year...lets just say if you know me...you would know...
Fallon takes a course called Intro to Polymer Chem...my father taught the course...I marked a test once and it was definitions and telechelic polymers was one...and the way Fallon defines it is how I remember it...lol
The asthma attack is based on my brother...the poor kid had us running for a hospital so many times...it was scary...
Rejection is a feeling I know too well...let's leave it at that...
Nicholas from NGOTG did actually leave...based on a real friend...he came back and then left for good...which actually followed my script for class...that was freaky...
When Natalia got locked in Dallas's car...well that is actually based on truth...not the kiss part but getting locked...you see I went to the US during my gr.9 summer and what happened was that the family I was staying with had two adult sons...and one night one of tem asked me to come pick up pizza...little did I know that my door handle was broken from the inside...so he left laughing at me...and I was stuck in the car with no way out...so embaressing...
Hannah and Stefan are bystanders in a fight. That is real. I got socked in the jaw just becuase I was standing in the wrong place at the wrong time...my friend tried to cover us both...didn't work out so well...lol!
Hannah goes to the Skills Canada competitions...yea that's true...I went two years for virtual robotics along with my friend and partner...I would sometimes sleep on the ride there...hehehe!

So now you know...maybe I'll post why I wrote these stories in the first place...that should be fun...

Chapter 5: MidWinter Night's Dream - 'Mid-Summer Night's Dream' was basis for it...

Chapter 6: Raine Day Parade - 'May Day' Parade...but also the story with Raine.

Chapter 7: Love Is Pain... - 'Love Is Pain' By Girls Aloud.

Chapter 8: ...Humiliation Is Worse - Natalia having to face Raine after it all.

Chapter 9: Snow Flakes - The snowfall in the chapter gave me the idea for it.

Chapter 10: Mollie Who? - Based on 'Samantha Who?'...never watched the show but I thought the title was interesting!

Chapter 11: Denial - Based on Natalia denying her feelings.

Chapter 12: The Return - Based on Dallas returning to soccer!

Chapter 13: Changes - Based on the song 'Changes' by the Sugababes.

Chapter 14: The Boy Does Something - Playon with 'The Boy Does Nothing' By Alesha Dixon.

Chapter 15: A Toast To Friendship? - Based on the events in the chapter between Marissa and Natalia.

Chapter 16: The Decision - Comes from the long wait for the final verdict...Dallas!

Chapter 17: Tongue Tied - Based on the song 'Tongue Tied' by Faber Drive.

Chapter 18: Something Kinda Screwed - Based on the song 'Something Kinda Oooh' by Girls Aloud. Plus it kinda gives an idea of what is going to happen in the chapter.

Chapter 19: Issues - Shows the theme of the chapter and based on the song 'Issues' by The Saturdays.

Chapter 20: Memory Of You - Gives an idea of what to expect in the chapter and is based on 'Memory Of You' by Girls Aloud.

Chapter 21: Now Or Never - I didn't have any idea of what to call the chapter so I picked a song...'Now or Never' by Josh Groban. Great song and doen't give too much away about the chapter.

Chapter 22: This Heart Is Missing You... - A lyric from 'Everybody In Love' by JLS...more of a feeling of what goes on in the chapter.

Chapter 23: Big Brother's Watching - 'Big Brother' by Girls Aloud...and its to reiterate that we aren't always alone and the whole concept that 'Big Brother' is watching.

Chapter 24: Till The Light Fades - 'Till The Pages Fade' by Lauren Christoff...awesome song...but also something that happens in the chapter...all the while not giving very much away.

So yea...hope you all enjoyed this post and enjoy the story...you can tell how bored I am at this point...I dont want to work...but I have to!

Things you probably don't know...and I don't know why I'm telling you...

Okay so maybe a few of you have picked up some similarities...and if you actually know me...you probably know exactly what is what...or in other words what parts of ATWCB and SWFF are actually based on reality and what are not...as you can tell I'm a bit bored to be admitting these things...so I'll give you a list of ten things that are actually true...hope you enjoy!

I like Fallon...am a chemistry major...can't say I'm as smart as her...but I'm on top of my game when I study properly.
The top 20 things that Popjustice prints on Fallon in ATWCB...are true...except for having a car and having a library (I wish!)...Yes I am proud to be Canadian...in fact I still live here...oh and I've never been to England...
I'm a huge Girls Aloud fan...in fact a lot of the songs used in both stories are usually theirs...you've probably noticed the chapter titles by now...
My father does own a laboratory...I spend weekends, summers, any time I have extra working there...
I am a runner...meaning I do run from problems...feelings...the like (Like Fallon and Natalia)
I do not have an older brother...in fact like Fallon I am the oldest with three siblings...
Natalia is more a mix of my friend...the study in high school to an extreme is not fully like me...but more like my friend...Fallon would be kind of closer to my personality...
I do love cars and tech...I seriously hate honda...I love mercedes...
I love reading the newspaper...Natalia is sometimes found doing this...but me...it's an addiction...
I was born in London, Onatario...like both Fallon and Natalia...and yes Story Book Gardens does exist...I have loads of pictures from my childhood in that place!

So yea now you all know...

Anyway, next chapter will be up during the weekend...I won't be wrtiting anything new until next weekend...I have finished up to chapter 40...and then I made an outline over the last few days for the chapters...I think right now the story will proabably have 50-51 chapters...I have fixed my problems with the ending...everything is set and I like how everything ends...hopefully when you get there you will too!

Something Worth Fighting For: Updates!

Hello!

Well as promised I updated all week! Yes...all week long...now you all have up to chapter 22 to read...(and hopefully review!)

I worked like a maniac since Thursday and Friday...all the way up to today...I have written up to chapter 40. Chapter 40 does need a bit of tweaking but it's pretty much the way I want it.

Writing has tired me out...so now I'll be able to study without story lines running freely through my mind...believe me when I say my eyes are burning...I've been writing sitting at the computer for I have no idea how long...

Yea...I think I'll get a much anticipated break...since I have the next few chapters I will be posting on weekends ready...

Yup...that will definitely save me from getting in to trouble...I think my parents suspect me of being up to something...it's probably because I don't let anyone read my stuff...so yea...

Loads of Updates!

Hello!

As promised, all this week I will be updating. One chapter every day...only this week...so up to Sunday...maybe! I think you guys will be able to read up to Chapter Twenty One or Twenty Two. I'm not sure where I want to leave off just yet...I'll think about it...

Anyway, I haven't written chapter 32 yet. It's been hard to write. I have to study and so I don't come home until about 10 or 11pm...then I read over what I'm going to be posting and fix it up...and then I go to sleep...so yea...I don't bring my work with me to the University...simply becuase I know I won't study if I have another option...plus I don't like people reading what I'm writing...

I don't know how many chapters this story will have...it's been touch and go...I didn't plan chapter by chapter like I did for 'All That We Could Be'...I just wrote a storyline, which I've been following and adding to. So hopefully I'll finish the story in a month or so...I'm hoping to be finished before the end of the year.

So yea...I checked how many hits this story has gotten so far...over 1000! So yea...I'd like if there were more reviews...but I guess it's a give and take thing...

Anyways please read and review both 'All That We Could Be' and 'Something Worth Fighting For'...it would mean a lot to me.

Hello there!

Well as most of you know, I have posted up to chapter sixteen. As promised I will be posting one chapter every day of this week...its a treat since I have reading week this week...and because I have written up to chapter 31...so might as well let you all catch up a little...

Anyway I hope you're enjoying the story so far. I believe this is longer than All That We Could Be...which is funny since that was my baby...my first story that I managed to get through. I will always be proud of that. :) I must admit that I haven't re-read it lately...I've been busy...it makes me feel guilty...

Anyway 'Something Worth Fighting For' has been going well. I'm not tired of writing yet. Sometimes I don't feel like writing but that's okay...as long as I'm not bored of the story I am happy!

I found myself writing pages and pages of additional storyline events last week...yea and I was supposed to be studying for my math quiz. Now you all know why I am horrid at math...simply because I let my mind wander...

Also I think I have a very clearly defined view on love...I was arguing about Bella loving both Edward and Jacob...with one of my friends...if you want to know more about that...maybe I'll tell you all later!

Well I have uploaded all the way up to chapter 10, thanks for all the reviews. Hopefully, I'll have time to write this week. I didn't actually do anything yesterday except read chemistry...did I mention I am a chem major? Anyway today is probably going to be more of the same...I have to start reading soon...like in 12 minutes...I've been slacking off most of today...it's catch up on tv day...whats there to be expected?

Anyway, I believe I have written up to chapter twenty eight...I think I was about to start that yesterday...but anyway, I finally figured out how to make some of the points in my sotry line work! I thought of it in my chem lecture a few hours ago...and that's probably why I don't do well on tests...well at least in math last year that was probably why...I should really post those notes from All That We Could Be...you would all see what I accomplish in class...

A Small Confession...

Hello...
well I must confess...not getting many reviews even after posting four chapters can kinda be a drag...I will admit that I thought this story would be picked up faster...I mean it's pretty much high school...so easy...

Anyway I have finished chapter sixteen. It's actually a good story to tell...so I will tell it...I was writing chapter sixteen and then after half a page I didn't know what to write...so then I started writing chapter seventeen, and saw that cahpter sixteen fit in place, so I retitled chapter seventeen to be sixteen and put sixteen in. it worked out quite well...I hope.

Any way there is a little confession I must make. The title isn't the actual title I would have liked to give the story...it was previously titled 'The Goodbye Kiss' I'm not sure whether or not to change it back to this title...but that was what I had called it. I was happy...but then I thought it was way to revealing...anyway I'm open to any title suggestions you have.

I'm still debating whether or not to change the title back.

New Story: Changes Of The Heart

Yup, it's my back to school treat for all of you!

Here's the summary...it's not as concise as I would have liked it to be...but I couldn't think of anything.

Changes Of The Heart:

Seventeen year old Natalia Williams is starting her last year of high school. She has the perfect life: good grades, good friends, and just the right amount of drama in her life. She can see everything working out the way she planned. Mainly her getting into the university of her choice. What Natalia doesn't count on, is her life being shaken up by the one person.

Dallas Owen is a town legend, known for his soccer skills. He returns to his old hometown as a guest. Having left the game after he lost love for it, he's back after finding himself. Dallas is only here for one reason, to get through a training camp and get a place on a well known team. In order to do so, he ends up boarding at his best friends house.

When Natalia first hears about Dallas coming home, she immediately hates him for disappointing the town that had loved him and had supported him. Soon after meeting Natalia after so long, Dallas can see she won't forgive him anytime soon. Dallas takes on the challenge of making Natalia see the real him, becoming unbearable and constantly irritating her.

What Dallas and Natalia start to learn is that sometimes life isn't a journey that can be planed, and love is definitely not easily understood.

New Story!

Hello,

Guess who's been working on another story!

That's right! As of yet it is untitled, but I have decided to let everyone know...that I have begun work on another story. I started at the end of July with the outline I had written earlier in June. I finished chapter 13 last night/this morning...it was 2am...

Anyway, it's untitled...I can't think of a good title...which has become a problem...so I'm open to any titles you think are good for a love story...so theres another clue...it's a love story! Yes...it involves soccer...but that is very minor...no unfortunately no cars...that bit broke my heart as well...lol...

I'm looking forward to posting it sometime in the near future...but there are still a few things I need to clear up in the chapters I have written. I just want you all to know that there is something coming soon.

Hopefully...very soon!

Anyway, hope your summer was better than mine...did you know we had a few tornadoes down where I live? It was last Thursday...scary...I actually got to see a tornado...and a rainbow followed it!

All That We Could Be - Finished At Last!

Hello!

For the last time this year, I have posted chapters for 'All That We Could Be'; yup it's complete and all 50 chapters are up! It has been a great experience for me to have written this story and completed it within six months. I never thought I could do it. At the beginning the story was just something for me...when I got my first review from music-o-matic I was thrilled...and the story evolved from there. For the last six months you've all welcomed my story and read it. I want to thank you all. Had it not been for you reading it and a few of you reviewing it...I'm not sure I would have finished. I admit to changing the plot from my original plan to make the story better but it wouldn't have happened if you hadn't read it. So I would like to say thanks to every one for reading it...and of course some people:

New Chapters

new chapters have been posted on the fiction press website
i posted up to chapter 42...i have finished up to 44...i'm currently working on 45
42 was really hard to write...it reminded me of writing chapter 8 or 9 with the break up scene...
urgh...
anyway i think i'll have this story finished by next week...so i hope you all enjoy it
i promise to upload the rest of the deleted chapters after i'm done with the story...i'll have more time to fix them up before posting them...the second deleted chapter is up on the fiction press site i didn't have time to link it over here...sorry...

when this story is finished i will post the pdf file with the cover so that you can all enjoy it at your leisure...

i know i will be doing the same...i have most of the chapters in print...i like having the actual book in hand type of thing...i love newspapers for that reason...

Hello...
So if I'm guessing correctly...both chapters 38 and 39 tanked?
I don't understand actually...no response...like you all went quiet.
Okay fine...anyway I won't be writing chapter 40 until next week after my chem exam.
This weeks chapter is up. So yea...I'd love to know why it's so quiet...
Since it is coming to an end...there are some important events coming up.
Another character will be coming back.
Can you guess who? I bet you will all say Daniel! We'll see won't we.
Anyway, I can't read your minds so if you don't review I don't know whether or not you like the chapter...so it's much appreciated if you review.

Also I have a program now to convert word into pdf...so I will be putting up the deleted chapters soon...after the story is done...or if you want I'll put it up in a few days.

well sad stuff to tell really...i mapped out the remeaining chapters...on the weekend...depressing really...i hate things coming to an end...anyways almost done chapter 38...pretty much did it last saturday...just a few more lines to go...studying today for tests and hopefully u all wont even notice when i have exams cuz i'm trying to write enough so that there isnt a break in the weeks that i have exams and stuff...lucky u...who wants to study for me?

Chapters Thrity Three, Four, and Five

Hi,
Well chapter 33 was posted on Friday or Saturday, so you can go read it if you like. I finished writing chapter 34! yay! Last night at around 2 in the morning...yup...it's about ten pages long on MS Word...hehehehe...anyway it won't be up till the end of the week. I want to edit it and see if everything works. I started working on chapter 35 last night...like two lines...maybe I'll post the pictures from what I wrote on Ch.34...yea math class and margins of my paper...never a good thing...especially when I don't want to learn...

Anyway...I already know what I'm going to be working on after this story is over. I have it written down on a scrap of paper...it's a summary...so maybe I'll take pic and give you a sneak preview...lol...you can see how tiny I write...on a good day...

I'm not finished with 'All That We Could Be' so I won't start work on this idea until after I'm done. I secretly do not want to finish...let it go on forever...Anyway hope you all love the story so far...as much as I love writing it.

Hello,

I have posted chapter 32! Finally! I know...took a while since I had loads of stuff this week. I worked on it all day yesterday to finish it. It was like nine pages on MS Word...in total so far the entire story is about 156 pages in MS Word...surprising.

Anyway, I do hope you like the first installment of the races. I will probably have the next chapter done early! Since I have no school on Friday!!! Yay!!! Oh and no tests either! So yea hope you all like it!

I have posted Chapter 31! Yay! I know I know... another bridging chapter. This one is important cause it bridges the time between chapter 30 and 32. Yup guess what? The race is next week. I'd love to know who you all think will win. Will any of you guess right? I dunno...we'll have to wait and see.

Sorry it took a little longer than I expected. I've never had it easy bridging time and yea...I have to make the plot advance and not come to a dreaded standstill...

Anyways hopefully by the end of the coming week I'll have posted some interesting stuff on the characters. So I hope you all look forward to it.

Hi! Just wanted to let you know that I have started to work on Chapter Thirty One...yay! I'm glad that a few more people have reviewed the story. That means a lot to me and I really appreciate it. It surprises me every time I see how many people have read the chapters. I never expected this story to even get one review to be honest...lol! I mean NGOTGB was not exactly a great read...and I wrote it...

I'm really glad you all like the story so far, and I would love it if you all keep reviewing and vote in the poll. Hopefully I'll have the new chapter at the end of the week. So yea. On the other hand what do you all think of getting a little insight in to the characters and the story? Well let me know.

Hello! Chapter 30 has been posted on the fiction press site. So you can go and read it. I know it's taking a while for things to pick up and get exciting but I need to bridge gaps and make sure there isn't a huge hole left. If you read my other stuff you would know of the huge gaping inconsistencies I sometimes leave. So yea...I'm just trying to be extra careful.

I know it defeats the purpose of making you read the chapter, but for you own personal information so you aren't lost...number 27 on Manchester Unite...refers to Daniel. It doesn't belong to any of their first team squad...so yea...that works out nicely...

Anyway i will post up some interesting stuff soon. I have to go study now!

Well here it is. The long awaited companion site for 'All That We Could Be'. Here I will be posting Fallon's play list. Which will be her top ten songs of the week. Also look out for deleted chapters...yea..I do that sometimes...sad really but well worth it since the result is usually better after one, two, three...sometimes five edits...Anyway I'm hoping to post stuff that will give you more insight into the characters, extras that will make it worth coming to this site. Maybe I'll put my story here...who knows. In the mean time I hope to have some goodies like wallpapers and the play lists up.

Just so you know, chapter twenty nine is already posted. I have chapter thirty half way done. Things will be picking up now. I know I've said it in the past, but to make this story something I can be proud of I've had to take the long way...the excruciating for you all to read long way...lol...As I've said before: I care about quality and not quantity. I don't care how many chapters it takes me to get to the end. I will get there. I hope you all will read the story until then.
